Esprit
Esprit is the French word for spirit. In relation to the cognitive abilities of humans, which are generally referred to as “spiritual”, “spirit” in the sense of “psyche” denotes perception and learning as well as remembering and imagining as well as fantasizing and all forms of thinking. This song is dedicated to what we colloquially call the soul.

Tiger
Tiger was inspired by the poem "The Tyger" by William Blake. "The Tyger" is the sister poem to "The Lamb", a reflection of similar ideas from a different perspective, with "The Lamb" bringing attention to innocence. In "The Tyger", there is a duality between aesthetic beauty and primal ferocity, with Blake suggesting that to see one, the hand that created "The Lamb", one must also see the other, the hand that created "The Tyger".

Passion
Passion is a feeling of intense enthusiasm towards or compelling desire for someone or something. Passion can range from eager interest in or admiration for an idea, proposal, or cause; to enthusiastic enjoyment of an interest or activity; to strong attraction, excitement, or emotion towards a person. To my opinion, everyone should have their own passion.

Fly
"Fly" is the result of a collaboration with the Iranian indie band "Vatar". In times when conflicts around the world are threatening the fragile peace in many places, we wanted to use "Fly" to send an artistic appeal to the world to give peace a chance. The dove of peace should fly and carry peace into the world.

La Déférence
"La Déférence" is the French word for reverence, respect or deference. Respect comes in two unchangeable steps: giving it and receiving it. The song is a musical call to show respect for everyone and everything. Only when we feel respect can we genuinely enjoy the gift of life.

Embodiment
We humans experience our being through our body. "Embodiment" describes this interaction between body and psyche. The way mindfulness is usually taught reflects the disembodiment of the modern world. Often meditation is taught without pleasure, free-flow or the body at all. Even the translated term “MINDfulness” reflects this. Sadly, this misses a lot of what makes meditation so powerful, and ensures it doesn’t integrate into daily life. This track was written for "embodied" meditation.

Far Away
I feel so blessed that I could gain Deborah Ram Mozes for a unique collaboration on my new track "Far Away". Indonesian visual artist Deborah and I stumbled upon each other on social media. Deborah provided not only the cover art for "Far Away" but also some really unique drawings for the video. Deborah is a paperwork artist. She draws her masterpieces on paper and then transfers them to her computer, arranging them for digital publishing.

Relax
Relax, as the title of the track suggests, was specially composed as music for deep relaxation. With its binaural beats, Relax helps the listener to reach a state in which alpha and theta waves predominate in the brain. A state that goes hand in hand with deep physical relaxation.

Journey
"Life is a journey" is a common saying. Like many people, I had to navigate many dark valleys in my life before finding my true self and inner strength. I was able to do this through yoga and meditation. I am so grateful that I am free today and for the lessons I've learned. This song is dedicated to my own "Journey".

Being
Being is a musical metaphor for human personality development. On the basis of his being, man begins to stand up more and more in order to finally be part of our world as a unique person. A person's being has the widest possible range of meanings, because it can relate to everything that is conceivable. Everything that is conceivable means everything that is not “not”.

Namaste
Namaste, also Namasté; is a greeting and greeting gesture that is widespread among Hindus in India and some other Asian countries. Namaste means much more than the "Hello" known in western countries. It means that I bow to the person opposite. Namaste goes hand in hand with respect, appreciation, and benevolence.

Obstáculo
"Obstáculo" is the Spanish word for obstacle. We all have to deal with obstacles in our lives. Some of them are bigger, some are smaller, they are always obstacles. At the same time, they are always opportunities to become more than you were in a way. Every obstacle gives us a chance to grow. Let's take advantage of these opportunities.

Beauté Naissante
"Beauté Naissante" is the french expression for blossoming beauty. The track describes the awakening of nature, the return of life, as well as the blossoming of a human personality. When we turn our gaze inward and are ready to accept ourselves in all fallibility, then we can truly blossom.

Elephant
Have you ever seen an elephant in the wild? I had this opportunity. Hardly any encounter has impressed me more than this: irrepressible strength, gentleness and at the same time unwavering determination. I still remember this impressive experience very often. "Elephant" was created shortly after this special encounter.

Ganesha
Ganesha is the God and "Lord of Obstacles", both the remover and the setter of obstacles when someone behaves disrespectfully towards him. Ganesha is presented as a sweet tooth, gracious, kind, friendly, humorous, jovial, clever, humane and playful, mischievous god who often plays tricks. For me the most human god in Hinduism.

Pitta
The pittas are a family in the order of the sparrows. The birds live in Central Africa, South and Southeast Asia, and Australia. Most of the species are found in Southeast Asia. "Pitta" simply means "little bird" in some languages. This track was created after watching some of our busy neighbors foraging.
